There are nine marked hiking trails that start from Tsintzina square, each with a different degree of difficulty. Most of them end up in springs or churches. The surrounding area is suitable for exploration, not only by hikers, but also by climbers, since the peak of Parnon, Megali Tourla, at an altitude of 1,942m. awaits them and challenges them to cross the beautiful gorge to meet it.
In the village there are also two marked routes for mountain biking (MTB) among forest roads, with a starting point on the outskirts of Tsintzina and ending at the same point.
