Astrogazing
Parnonas is one of the best places in the world for stargazing.
It is considered the “Holly Mountain” of Greek amateur astronomers because it combines dark sky and easy access to the refuge located at 1.420 meters.
Every night more than 5,000 stars are "hanging" over Parnonas. You can spend the night in the refuge or in guesthouses of nearby villages.
